Zunächst befristet für die Saison 2024/25
Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Auslandprojekten unserer Kunden im Rahmen der UEFA Champions League, Europa League sowie Conference League
Handling von Teilnehmermanagement-Tools inkl. Abwicklung vor Ort
Planung, Kontrolle und Endabrechnung von Budgets
Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Agenturen und Dienstleistern
Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Führung von sehr anspruchsvollen Kunden
Reisebegleitung
DAS ZEICHNET SIE AUS
Erfahrung in der selbständigen Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von nationalen und/oder internationalen Veranstaltungen (mind. 2 Jahre)
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Eventmanagement oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Kreativität, Textsicherheit und Präsentationssicherheit
Analytisch-konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
Sorgfältige, prozessorientierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
Höchste Serviceorientierung sowie Flexibilität, Qualitätsbewusstsein und hohe Teamfähigkeit
Souveränes Auftreten, Überzeugungsfähigkeit, Zielstrebigkeit
Affinität und Know-how im Bereich Sport
Reisebereitschaft
Ein echtes Muss: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, sehr gutes Englisch und ein gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen. Ein echtes Plus: eine weitere Fremdsprache
